breakfast: nothing.
lunch: lean cuisine with atkins shake
dinner: ??

i need to be drinking more water.

  1. Why don't you eat breakfast? I'm no weight loss expert but isn't it easier losing weight by eating 5 small meals a day regularly, as opposed to skipping meals?
